Do you ship? / Online Orders
Yes! We ship anywhere within the United States.
Shipping & Pickup Orders
Shipping Orders
Orders placed Monday–Friday typically ship the next business day via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx.
Orders placed on weekends will ship the following Monday.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
ONN SPECIALTIES® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier.
Online Pickup Orders
Pickup orders are usually ready right away.
For Saturday pickup orders, please call the store to confirm availability before arriving.
Return & Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES
Due to the perishable nature of our USDA-inspected food products, ONN SPECIALTIES® is unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once products have been purchased.
Damaged Package Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only for products with damaged packaging, such as ripped or torn bags.
- Exchanges are limited to the same flavor and size originally purchased.
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Proof of damage may be required for verification.

How much does your jerky cost?
Unlike many other jerky brands, ONN SPECIALTIES® focuses on delivering more meat and less moisture. Our unique drying process creates an extra crispy texture with very little water weight, meaning you’re paying for premium beef, seasonings, and craftsmanship.

🎖️ We proudly offer a 10% discount to First Responders and Military personnel with valid ID or while in uniform.
Are your products USDA inspected?
Yes! ONN SPECIALTIES® products are USDA Inspected, and we hold a USDA Processed Meat Inspection Mark for all products.
Our facility is inspected by the USDA on a regular basis, including daily inspection oversight during production, to help ensure compliance with USDA food safety and processing standards.
