ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES

Due to the perishable nature of our USDA-inspected food products, ONN SPECIALTIES® is unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once products have been purchased.

Damaged Package Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for products with damaged packaging, such as ripped or torn bags.

  • Exchanges are limited to the same flavor and size originally purchased.
  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Proof of damage may be required for verification.
